What you can expect:
Mindfulness is the practice of observing our surroundings, finding the space between action and reaction and exploring emotions.  Over time, our practice may bring about better responses to challenging situations  and the ability to identify and take care of feelings that arise and need attention.  Together we will visit mindfulness several ways by using meditations, art, mindful
eating, mindful walking and gentle movement.  All activities will be age appropriate.

Investment:
15 minute initial phone discussion on practice needs and expectations - no cost
30 minute working consultation with mini private practice - $30 - (First class only)
60 minute class private class - $50
60 minute class - Family - $50 for 1, $10 each additional person.
Classes can be virtual or in-person.
