Telemedicine

Telemedicine allows patients and their parents to communicate with a provider using video call to discuss symptoms, medical concerns and more.  During this time of Covid-19, it helps limit the amount of people in our office and keeps you, your family and Complete Care for Kids Staff safe.

WELLNESS CHILD CHECKS…

Complete Care for Kids encourages families to maintain regular wellness checks for their children.

WHAT WE ARE DOING IN THE OFFICE…

  • Every person that enters our suite is screened by answering a questionnaire.

  • We are keeping the main office for wellness checks only.  We have a adjoining suite that is for all other visits besides a wellness check.

  • Everyone over the age of 2 years old is required to wear a face mask.

  • Since our county and state has great Covid19 vaccine numbers, we are allowing both parents to attend appointments.

  • When entering the office, the patient is immediately checked in and brought back to a room.

  • Each room is deeply sanitized after every visit.

  • Our waiting room is sanitized throughout the day and at the end of the day.

  • The cleaning staff of our building has someone in the lobby wiping railings and door knobs throughout the day.

  • We have removed all toys from the waiting room and patient rooms to decrease exposure.
