After Hours Care
At Complete Care for Kids, we know that kids don’t always get sick during office hours—and we’re here to help. If you need to speak with a doctor or nurse after hours, please call our main number at 301-540-5900 and follow the menu to reach the on-call doctor.
After 10:00 PM, your call will be connected to Hello Pediatrics, our trusted nurse triage service, where experienced pediatric nurses can guide you on next steps.

Whenever possible, we encourage families to call us before heading to the ER or urgent care. We can often help you avoid long wait times and unnecessary visits by guiding you through your child’s symptoms and the best course of action.
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
