Meet our Integrative Nutritionist & Health Coach
Good nutrition is vital to optimal well-being. Nutrition is one of the most influential determinants of health and wellness, as well as the prevention and treatment of disease.
At Complete Care for Kids, we use an integrative and functional approach to address the root cause. We focus on the importance of high quality, nutrient-dense foods and lifestyle factors to address imbalances within the body, to allow individuals to improve their health.
Emerging science is very clear that food is a powerful influence on health. Food offers not only the calories that fuel our body’s metabolism, but it also contains many diverse components that greatly influences all of our body systems. Poor-quality food can influence or create disease, and high-quality food can prevent or reverse disease and sustain health.
In a very real sense, food is medicine.
